Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026

This policy explains what information Lindcol Wood Floors ("we") collects through this website and what we do with it. We are a flooring showroom and installer in Medley, Florida.

What we collect

When you request a quote. The quote form asks for your name and phone number, and optionally your project type, rough square footage, the service you need and a message. We use this only to call you back about your project and to prepare your quote.

When you browse the site. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not currently use visitor tracking or advertising tools on this website.

Your light or dark mode choice. If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser remembers that choice on your device. It is not sent to us.

How we use it

  • To contact you about your quote or project.
  • To run, protect and improve this website.
  • To keep records of our work with you, if you become a customer.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for other companies' marketing.

Services we use

We rely on a few trusted companies to run this website. They handle information only to provide their service to us:

  • Netlify hosts this website and receives quote form submissions, which are then emailed to us.
  • Google Maps shows the map to our showroom. When a page with the map loads, Google may collect information under its own privacy policy.
  • A content service stores the photos and text for our deals, products and blog, and delivers those photos to your browser.

If you pay over time with Affirm, your application goes directly to Affirm and is covered by Affirm's own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and customer records as long as we need them to serve you and keep our business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Call us at (786) 597-7400, email us at sales@lindcolwf.com, or visit us at 10681 NW 122nd St, Medley, FL 33178.

Children

This website is meant for adults planning flooring projects. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
