Every house is different. We measure the space and check how much furniture needs to be moved and what floor has to come out first. All of that changes the price.

Closeout floors, baseboards and deals show their price on the site. Prices can change, so call us for the most up-to-date price, or request a free quote for your whole project.

Closeout lots are limited, and once they sell out they are gone. If you see a deal you like, call us to hold it.

Yes. With installation only, you provide all the materials and we handle the labor.

Yes. You can buy materials only and pick them up at the showroom.

It depends on the house. The size of the area, how much furniture needs to be moved and what existing floor has to be removed all change the timing. We can tell you how long your job will take after we visit and measure.

Yes. Taking out old laminate, vinyl or carpet is included in the installation price, so it never shows up as an extra charge.

Usually not. We move the big furniture for you. Before we arrive, please take out anything breakable, like the glass plates and fine china in a china cabinet, so we can move the furniture safely.

It depends on the house. Usually we take them off, then install what you choose: quarter round, new baseboards or your old baseboards put back. We go over the options with you during the free quote, and we carry baseboards in the showroom if you want new ones.

Yes. Our crews are fully insured on every job.

Yes. Our installations come with a 1-year installer's warranty, which covers our installation work. A defect in the floor itself falls under the manufacturer's warranty. Our brand collections come with one. Closeout floors usually don't, so ask us before you buy.

Waterproof vinyl plank is a popular choice for kitchens, baths and busy homes. We can help you pick the right floor for each room during your free quote.

For most homes, 12 mil is enough, kitchen included. Busy homes with big families or large dogs do better with 20 mil, which is also where commercial floors start.
